What data do we process and for what purpose?

This website has no forms that store data on its own server. Reservations and enquiries are made through WhatsApp or by telephone. In that case, we process only the data that you provide to us (for example, your name, your telephone number and the details of the reservation) for the purpose of managing your reservation and dealing with your enquiry.

If in the future we activate audience measurement tools, we will process browsing data in aggregate form and with your consent, as explained in the Cookie policy.

Legal basis

The basis that legitimises the processing is your consent and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (the management of your reservation). In the case of analytics cookies, the basis is your consent.

How long do we keep the data?

We keep the data for as long as necessary to manage your reservation or enquiry and, thereafter, for the periods legally required. Once it is no longer needed, it is deleted.

To whom is the data disclosed?

We do not disclose your data to third parties, except where legally required. Please note that reservations made via WhatsApp are handled through that application, whose data processing is governed by the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta). If analytics cookies are activated, the provider (for example, Google) will act as data processor.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to Los Cacharros de Italia SL, at Plaça del Conqueridor, 6, 07570 Artà, Illes Balears, or by calling 679 38 71 98, stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of a document that proves your identity.

Likewise, if you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
